Warranty Coverage:
Includes a 1-YEAR limited parts warranty, excluding consumable items and any parts that come into direct contact with ink, with a 6-month limited warranty for one printhead, provided the customer completes the FREE live virtual training and obtains the training certificate within 3 weeks of purchase.
If the customer does not complete the required virtual training within 3 weeks of purchase, the warranty will automatically be reduced to a 6-month limited parts warranty only, excluding printheads, consumables, and any parts that come into direct contact with ink.
