Description
Description
The Mimaki TxF300-75 is a high-production, dual-head direct-to-film printer designed for Canadian apparel decorators ready to scale. Delivering speeds up to 300% faster than the TxF150 model, this 31.5-inch unit features advanced white ink circulation technology to ensure consistent, clog-free operation for high-volume custom t-shirt and sportswear runs.
Triple the Speed. Industrial Reliability.
Meet the demand for fast-turnaround custom apparel without compromising on stability. The Mimaki TxF300-75 builds on the success of the TxF150 by integrating a second print head, effectively tripling productivity. This increase in speed allows print shops to handle larger bulk orders of transfers in-house, reducing the need to outsource during peak seasons.
Designed for professional DTF workflows, this machine prints directly onto film using Mimaki’s specialized heat transfer pigment inks. The result is a versatile transfer that adheres to cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends—materials that traditional direct-to-garment (DTG) printers often struggle with.

Solved: The White Ink Challenge
The biggest pain point in DTF printing is white ink instability. The TxF300-75 addresses this head-on with the Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT). This system continuously circulates white ink through the lines and damper, preventing sedimentation that leads to clogged nozzles.
Further protecting your investment, the degassed ink pack design prevents air from entering the ink path, a common cause of poor ejection in other systems. If a nozzle does clog during a long run, the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) automatically substitutes defective nozzles with working ones, ensuring production continues without a drop in image quality.

Key Features
-
Dual Print Heads: Two staggered heads deliver production speeds up to 3 times faster than the entry-level TxF150-75.
-
MCT (Mimaki Circulation Technology): Regularly circulates white ink to prevent settling and nozzle blockages.
-
Degassed Ink Packs: Aluminum ink packs reduce oxygen intrusion, ensuring stable ink ejection and reducing waste.
-
3-Way Intelligent Heater: Pre, print, and post-heaters control media temperature for optimal ink reception and drying.
-
OEKO-TEX® Certified: Uses PHT50 inks which have achieved ECO PASSPORT certification, meeting safety standards for textile chemicals.

Why Choose the TxF300-75?
For Canadian print shops, the TxF300-75 represents a safe, reliable step up into high-volume manufacturing. By choosing a brand-name solution over modified/converted printers, you gain access to a dedicated support network and parts availability. This machine is engineered specifically for the physics of transfer film, providing the consistency needed to grow your business.
